Living Area
Gather in the open living room with ample seating, a large smart TV, and ocean breezes. The dining area seats six, while the kitchen island has seating for four, making it perfect for family meals.

Outdoor Space:
Relax on two covered decks with comfortable seating—ideal for sunsets or BBQ feasts. Take advantage of quick beach access with provided gear, including chairs, umbrellas, and wagons.
Hand soap, dish detergent, and starter packs of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (one per bathroom), paper towels, and trash bags.

Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

Policies & House Rules
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs allowed; no cats.
Flat fee of $200/stay per dog.
Pet Addendum
Dog(s) not permitted in pool room.
Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times.
Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
If damages are not reported but are found by owners or agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended.
Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

Additional Information
BBQ: Charcoal grill provided. Please clean after use.
Garbage: Dispose of full and tied trash bags in garbage bins.
Laundry: Washer and dryer available. Clear lint trap before use.
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m.–7 a.m.
Damages: Refer to the rental agreement for policies on damage, cleaning fees, and smoking violations.
Security: Exterior video camera monitoring the carport for guest safety.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
