Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a 97.00% refund. If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival, you will receive a 47.00% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
Booking Questions
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, kindly inform us in advance.
Do you accept early check-in?
Yes, we allow early check-in. If it is available, we will notify you two days before your arrival.
The fees for early check-in are as follows:

Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes. 25 years old and older.
What do I need to do to complete my booking?
To finalize your reservation, we require a valid ID, a signed rental agreement and a credit/debit card on file for the $500 security deposit hold (not a charge), which should be processed two days before your arrival. It's a quick and easy process! Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to take care of both items.
When does my security deposit get released?
The release automatically occurs 5 days after check-out.
FYI: The processing company, Stripe, automatically reauthorizes the security deposit 7 days after the initial hold, so you may see a reauthorization during your stay.
IF you used a debit card for the security deposit, the bank will debit the security deposit 2 days prior to check in and return it AFTER the hold is released 5 days after check out. You may also see a reauthorization where the bank takes out the security deposit before returning the initial deposit! Sometimes banks can take up to 5 business days to return the money. So it could be up to 10 days after check out before all the debited money is returned.
When can I expect to receive the address and door code?
Once all check-in requirements are completed, you will receive the door code and cabin address the afternoon before your check-in. Please check your email. The sender will be “Nesting Vacations”.

🚬 Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc..) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $750 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.
👨👩👧👦 Visitors: Any visitors must leave the premises by 10pm, the beginning of quiet hours.
Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.
🎉 Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.
Pets Policy: see above.
🏊 Pool Policy: NO DIVING. The pool is 3 to 4.5 feet deep. The pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision. Please no glass around pool or hot tub.
🛀 Hot Tub: Shower or bathe with soap before entering the hot tub, especially if you have lotions, deodorant or sunscreen on. The hot tub water is changed before each guest arrives. Pregnant women, especially in 1st trimester, and children under 5 should not use hot tubs. Please do not drink alcohol before or during hot tub use.
🍗 BBQ: We provide a charcoal grill that is secured in place. Please bring charcoal and clean off grill after use.
🪵Fire Pit: Firewood not provided. City mandated burn bans occasionally in effect.
🗑️ Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into bear proof bins in front of the house. If you have excess trash during your stay, please notify me to arrange for pickup.
🧺 Laundry: Washing machine and dryer provided for your convenience. Please remember to check and clear out the lint trap prior to using the dryer.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.

🏊 Pool Policy: Pool is shared with our neighborhood. Please follow safety rules listed at the pool. Children under 18 require adult supervision at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. Provided pool bands must be worn while at the pool. Lost pool bands will incur a $20/each charge.
🍗 BBQ: We provide a charcoal grill, but ask you to bring your own charcoal and to move grill away from under the patio prior to use. There is also large grilling area steps away at the community pool area.
🚮 Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into large outdoor garbage bins during your stay. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please wheel the trash cans to the street for pickup and return them to the driveway after pickup.
🧺 Laundry: Washing machine and dryer provided for your convenience. Please remember to check and clear out the lint trap prior to using the dryer.
💤 Quiet Times: 10pm-7am every day.

Pet Policy
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, up to two dogs are allowed in the property, except for Crystal Canary, where only one dog is permitted. All pets are subject to the terms outlined in our 'Pet Addendum.' Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
To bring your dog(s), guests must agree to the following terms:

The dog(s) must be under 50lbs and at least 1 year old.

Dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies.

Dogs must be kept under control at all times.

Any damage caused by the dog(s) must be promptly reported.

Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the dog(s) exceeding the security deposit.

If damage is discovered that was not reported, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Heartworm preventative is highly recommended.

Guests must adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.

Guests must clean up after their dog(s) and dispose of waste promptly.

Dogs must not be noisy or aggressive and should not cause discomfort to others. Any complaints must be addressed immediately.

Personal dog beds or similar items should not be placed in the washer or dryer.

Do you charge a pet fee?
Yes, there is a flat fee of $200 per dog, per stay. Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If an undeclared pet is brought on-site, a penalty fine will be charged.We do not charge for service animals, but emotional support animals are subject to pet fees.

Amenities
Do you offer a pack-and-play and a high chair?
Yes, All of our properties are equipped with a pack-and-play and high chair.
Do we bring our own sheets and towels?
No, fresh sheets and towels are provided for your stay. You won’t need to bring your own.
Is the pool room locked?
Yes, for Starry Night Owl and Olive Owl, the pool rooms are in an enclosed room that can only be entered via a keypad and there are door alarms to keep the kids safe.
Discounts
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, a 10% discount on the base rent is offered for stays of 5 nights or more.
Do you offer military discounts?
We offer military discounts for guests with valid identification. When making a booking, please provide your ID, and we will refund 5% of the base rent.
